2018 Packages
Mountain High Beekeepers Cooperative is offering some of the best quality packages on the front range of Colorado again this year. We are offering 3lb packages from Olivarez Honey Bees with your choice of Italian, Carniolan, Russian or Saskatraz queens. If starting out or in doubt, get the Italians. Russian and Saskatraz packages are very limited so let us know soon. In addition to getting great queens from Olivarez, each package will be treated with oxalic acid vaporization (OA) upon arrival in Colorado. Of course hives will be treated after almonds, however, this will be first treatment as packages. This OA treatment will really help knock down the mites while they are broodless and before you install them in your hive.
